The Week Ahead
Monday, November 22nd → The Moon finds itself in its home sign of Cancer for the next two days. This gives us access to a stronger well of emotions than we might normally have access to. Use this transit to reflect on this year & truly understand how everything has made you feel. Now might be a great time to draft those Thanksgiving toasts!
Tuesday, November 23rd → Venus sextile Mars is still going strong in our skies, and will remain within an orb of 1º until December 1st! Pair this with the invigorating energy of the Sun in Sagittarius, and you should be able to walk through the next week with your shoulders back and your head held high. Lead with your heart. It wants to open new doors for you—don’t be scared of what the future holds!
Wednesday, November 24th → Today, talkative Mercury will move into expansive Sagittarius. Sagittarius is the sign of the archer, often depicted by the fabled centaur. We often find that Sagittarius possesses a kind of mythic quality to it, what with it’s bold, fiery, expansive optimism & tendency for the grand. Mercury, a thinking planet, will definitely find itself affected by this transit. Prepare for grand ideas on a very grand scale. Dramatic speeches are a must during this transit.
Thursday, November 25th → We’re wishing you all a very happy Thanksgiving! This year, we’re definitely thankful for all of you & your support throughout the year. We’re so grateful to have been able to keep our doors open in spite of all the difficulties the past couple years have thrown our way. Seeing and connecting with you has always been a consistent delight. So, thank you! In observance of Thanksgiving Monarch will be closed Thursday, 11/25.
Friday, November 26th → Fast-moving Mercury is now quickly gaining on the Sun in the sign of the archer; it will move into conjunction tomorrow. Saturday, November 27th → Mark your calendars: it’s Small Business Saturday! This is essentially Black Friday for those of us who don’t open our doors at midnight or sell flat screen TVs. We will be open all day, from 11 to 6, with… drumroll please… 20% off everything in the store! This is a one day only sale, so be sure to pop in on Saturday!
